The Villa Artemis is located in Protaras, Cyprus in the newly-built (2009) luxury Crystal Lagoon estate. The Villa is meticulously maintained and outfitted by the owner, Savvas Kaniklis, who lives year-round in Paralimni.
Accommodation
The Villa Artemis has 3 bedrooms (1 master) & 2 bath/s built on 2 floors with a total 130 m2 of internal space. The master bedroom has a balcony . All rooms have A/C. Additional furnishings include complimentary WiFi and cable internet, a desktop PC, a 32" flat screen TV with DVD and satellite dish, stereo system, and many others. The Villa includes a modern fitted kitchen with Amana microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and appliances.
Pool and Garden
The Villa Artemis features a 32 m2 private pool, with maximum depth 1.50 m. The pool is set in a private, 135 m2 garden with mandarin, orange, and palm trees, vines and flowers. It's a perfect space for children to play and families to enjoy themselves in peace and quiet.
The swimming pool has its own white pavilion tent with sofas and couches which is ideal for spending the day by the pool, or for romantic evenings.
A unique feature of the Villa is its custom-built, professional charcoal BBQ. This features 4 large and 6 small rotisserie spits which are electric powered and work autonomously, as well as a standard grill. It makes for amazing parties and dinners in the garden.
The outdoor space features recessed lighting and is meticulously maintained. The garden is watered and maintained twice per week; the pool is cleaned twice per week.

It is a safe environment, with lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Parking is available. There is one restaurant on the beach, and several more within a 5 minute walk.
The Villa Artemis is a 10 minute walk to a water park and other amusements! Lively Protaras with hundreds of themed bars and restaurants is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Even more lively Ayia Napa is a 20 minute drive away, for that occasional rave or midlife crisis! Ayia Napa also has one of Europe's largest water parks. Paralimni is a 10 minute drive away with loads of shops and restaurants.
